Fourth report of the Secretary-General on the United Nations Integrated Office in Burundi

I. Introduction

1. The present report is submitted pursuant to Security Council resolution 1791 (2007), by which the Council extended the mandate of the United Nations
Integrated Office in Burundi (BINUB) and requested me to keep it regularly informed of progress in the implementation of the resolution. The report provides an update on major developments in Burundi since my previous report, of 15 May 2008 (S/2008/330), until 10 November.
